Taking inspiration from the fluid lines and organic forms of the ocean, the space is designed to enhance the seafood experience by providing a fresh and welcoming environment that is reflected in the fresh produce and the experience.


Balancing the traditional elements of Art Nouveau era is their interpretation of the artwork of Ernst Haeckel, a turn-of-the-the-century German Artist & Biologist, who was credited with bridging the gap between art and science. His artistic style contributed greatly to Art Nouveau movement and among other works, illustrated sea-life forms in breath-taking detail. Their signature cage lighting and customized tiles was an ode to his stylistic rendering of sea-creatures.
